If a Product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.
We try to publish as much useful info as we can about all are products, to help you buy the things that will suit you best. The product page for every item includes sizing, a detailed description, clear instructions and most importantly, plenty of images. If there is anything further information you feel we need to put on there to help you, just let us know what information you'd like to see and we'll do our best to include it.
