We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, wallets. We also accept Cash on Delivery.

Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery. We also take extra Rs.60 as "Cash Handling Fees", which we have to pay to the shipping companies, which charges us to handle cash.

Once your payment has been received or your order is being placed, we will send you a notification email & SMS to inform you about the order.

Yes, Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.

Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

All refunds will be process 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer's bank account.

After your order has been placed, please allow 2-3 days to process your order. We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent.

If a Product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related costs to deliver a replacement. 

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact us at vavidesigns1101@gmail.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

We try to publish as much useful info as we can about all are products, to help you buy the things that will suit you best. The product page for every item includes sizing, a detailed description, clear instructions and most importantly, plenty of images. If there is anything further information you feel we need to put on there to help you, just let us know what information you'd like to see and we'll do our best to include it.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays
